HR Support
The right level of HR support is different for every organisation. Some clients choose to utilise the HR support services as and when required. With others we have an agreed number of days of HR support that we actually provide on their premises acting as there HR department. We can also provide mentoring and support to develop your own HR team or provide specific support on projects they may not have the expertise or experience in.
The basic level of support will always include the following:
- Access to a team of HR professionals who will provide advice, guidance and support on all employment issues. This will be provided via telephone, e-mail or attendance at your premises, whatever is most appropriate to the situation.
- Provision of all documentation, guidance notes, letters etc, in relation to the advice given to ensure that the risk of litigation or successful litigation is minimised on matters of discipline, grievance, appeals, sickness absence, maternity etc.
- Provision of updates on changes in UK employment legislation and/or practice and advice on how the changes will impact your business and the appropriate steps to take.
