Outsourcing/Mergers/Acquisitions
Support can be provided by experienced professionals from Vital HR to assist with the due diligence process, commercial agreements, employee consultation, transfer and transition processes required when dealing with outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions.
Redundancy exercises
- Provision of redundancy legislation guidelines.
- Facilitation of directors meetings to determine business reasons, selection criteria and preparation/announcement framework.
- Preparation of letters and redundancy statements.
- Hands-on support with management throughout the announcement and consultation process.
Grievance/Gross misconduct investigations
- Investigation of formal complaints made by employees particularly in relation to harassment and bullying allegations
- Provision of support and guidance throughout a gross misconduct investigation and its outcome.
Training and development
Vital HR will work with you to develop client specific training and development courses on numerous subjects including personal development, individual and team management skills and HR specific workshops such as performance management, interview skills and handling disciplinary and grievance.
Employee Relations/Trade Union negotiations
- Project manage employee relations strategies to implement change programmes e.g. changes to terms and conditions or working practices
- Experienced negotiators support your managers or actually conduct trade union negotiations to seek agreement to change
- Develop employee relations strategy and provide guidance on its implementation
